Repair Request Options

  1. By Fax : Fill out the repair request form and fax it to (06) 2498534. You can download the form from download form
  2. By Email :Send your repair request form via email to lcd@mail.chimei.com.tw
  3. Online : Online submission of your repair request. Go to Repair & Service at Online repair and fill out the online form.
  4. Direct Contact : Please contact the nearest service center directly. Service Center Open Hours: Monday – Saturday, 12:00 pm - 8:00pm. Closed on Sundays and national holidays.

※To protect your rights, please make sure you obtain a proof-of-purchase stamp on your warranty card from the retailer at the time of purchase. For any repair service during the warranty period, please provide your warranty card and proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or receipt). In the event that the warranty card has not been stamped by the retailer, the warranty period will be based on the manufactured date on the product.

Product Repair

  • Dead-on-Arrival (DOA):Problems occurring within 7 days of purchase. Please contact the original retailer for replacement.
  • General Repair:Please call our toll-free number and provide the following information: Model, serial number and the problems encountered. Obtain a Return-Material-Authorization (RMA) number for return and replacement service.

Dead-on-Arrival Service

For any of the following problems, CHIMEI warranties thirty (30) days DOA service, i.e. replacement of the defective product with a brand-new product free of charge:

  • No image
  • No power
  • Control buttons not working
  • Power leak or other safety concerns
  • Box carton damage on shipment arrival
  • Model name does not match shipment/carton

How to Return a Product

Please return any products using the original packaging, or a container of the same size with Styrofoam packing materials. Before shipping, please contact one of our customer service agents to coordinate the shipment.
